If you would like to participate, please see the requirements in “Rules & Regulations” and fill out the “Registration Form” and return the completed form to the VWAT Family Services office (1756 St. Clair Ave W).

Deadline to enter the competition is no later than 12:00PM on Saturday, August 9, 2014.

ENJOY DELICIOUS CULTURAL SOUTH EAST ASIAN DISHES FROM COMMUNITY VENDORS

Vietnamese cuisine is famous for being fresh, fragrant, and healthy. Come out to taste our delicious dishes!

We would like to formally invite all restaurants and individual chefs to join us in creating an event that provides the community with the chance to see and feel the traditional taste of Vietnam from all three regions. We wish that all of us can unite together to establish an event that displays authentic Vietnamese dishes to showcase our culture in time to create a warm and happy atmosphere for the Mid-Autumn Festival.

Rules:

Full Booth:

$100.00/tent (Includes 2 tables, 4 chairs)

Half Booth:

$60.00/space (Includes 1 table, 2 chairs)

In Order to Participate One Must:

Have the Food Handler’s Certificate.
A deposit of $50.00 that the business/individual can take back after the event. The deposit is to ensure the cleanliness and respect for space that is provided during the festival.

Once again our team would like to invite all of whom is interested and of course our fellow people to help us create a Lantern Festival that continues to strive on, to continue tradition, to carry on our culture to our children and make this Mid-Autumn festival not just a day in a year but a day for our children.
